Ballet fit is a fun, group-fitness class, combining the techniques of classical ballet, contemporary yoga and mat Pilates. The class is a complete fat-burning workout, targeting all major muscle groups. A typical class will involve ballet-barre exercises, low impact cardio routines and floor work. It is a fun class suitable for all age groups and all levels of fitness. No ballet or dance experience required!
