Comfortable clothes and shoes are required.
This course will follow a FABS training programme (Flexibility, Aerobic, Balance and Strength). This comprises exercises that are safe, enjoyable, effective and accessible to everyone whatever their ability. The exercises can be done seated or standing. Age or ability are NOT a barrier to participating in this class.
