Pilates for Improvers
For those who have already done Pilates or exercise regularly but not suited to anyone who is pregnant.
This intermediate course is for those who have previously done Pilates at foundation/ intermediate level or take regular exercise and have adequate strength, stability and stamina to take the exercises to a further level.
You will need to bring your own mat and exercise band.
