Pilates – Mixed Ability

Using a wide variety of slow, controlled mat based exercises co-ordinating the mind, body and breath, Pilates is designed to establish core strength, improve the body's posture and alignment habits, develop better body awareness, encourage correct muscle use and increase flexibility and ease of movement.

You will need to bring your own mat and an exercise band.
