Relaxing Tai Chi
Tai Chi originated from ancient China and is practiced throughout the world as an effective exercise and benefit to health. Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow. This introductory course includes the basics of Tai Chi, warm-up exercises and a set of 9 forms of relaxing Tai Chi.
Loose, comfortable clothes and flat, flexible shoes are required.
