Not suited to anyone who is pregnant.
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga/exercise mat and blanket.
The perfect antidote to today's stressful living, yoga not only encourages flexibility and strength in the body but relaxes and calms the mind and soothes the senses. This beginners level 2 class is a natural progression for those who have completed a term or two on the complete beginners and feel ready to move forward. You will receive the same expert guidance and will be further encouraged to experience new postures and breathing exercises.
