Dance aerobics is a fusion of graceful dance movements combined with the rhythmic steps of aerobics. It improves stamina, muscle tone, co-ordination, flexibility, promotes weight loss and releases your ‘feel good’ endorphins! It is low impact and is suitable for both beginner and intermediate levels, as you can choose whether to add the more challenging moves or not.
Not recommended for pregnant women.
Suitable clothing and trainers are essential.
You will need to bring your own Yoga mat. |
