Improving your Digital Photography skills using Photoshop

Designed for people with a little or only basic experience but who have a good camera to play with. This course aims to teach students how to get to grips with the fundamentals of taking controlled and personal photographs with mid-range ‘bridge’ or ‘DSLR’ cameras. More experienced photographers may also benefit from the course if they have been relying on automatic modes so far.  It will be necessary to have a camera which has both semi-automatic and manual modes as we are intending to learn how to go further than the automatic settings allow.  By the end of the course, you will be able to deal with a range of tricky photographic situations with far more confidence.

Simple manipulations in Photoshop CS5 are also taught in the later lessons but it is not designed to be a very technical Photoshop course.
