Do you want to learn how to relax and let go from everyday pressures, and to try something completely different that tries to balance the different aspects of your being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual combined with breath control? If you do, then this course could do it for you!
You will need to wear loose and comfortable clothing and bring your own Yoga mat.
