Buying and Selling on E-bay. One Day Workshop
This course covers information on buying and selling on E-bay. If you use E-bay, or are considering doing so, you can get detailed information on both buying and selling all in one six hour package. The course deals with what E-bay is, how to find E-bay’s UK web site, how to register, how to buy, searching, selling and how to keep safe and secure.
A basic computing and internet knowledge is an advantage. As you will be able to use the E-bay web site on a computer, you will need to know how to display a web site on a computer screen and how to click on links to move from one page to another.
It will be of considerable advantage if you have registered yourself on E-bay. You will be able to use your registered details to follow the class.
Course outcome
By yhe end of the day you will know how to purchase items on E-bay and you will have the advantages of knowing; • Useful bidding techniques • How to bid in your absence • What to do when you win • How to sell • How to describe items for sale • How to get the best price for your items • How to stay safe on E-bay |

Lunch & refreshments
A light buffet lunch is included and hot and cold drinks are provided. Due to Health and Safety regulations we are unable to provide hot drinks in the classrooms but you may purchase hot drinks from the machines in the foyer, which can be consumed there, so please bring some small change with you. Unfortunately we cannot cater for special dietary requirements. |
