
Pilates for mixed ability

For beginners and those who do not exercise regularly.
Please note this is an exercise course not a relaxation course.
Using a wide variety of slow, controlled mat based exercises co-ordinating the mind, body and breath, Pilates is designed to establish core strength, improve the body's postural and alignment habits, develop better body awareness, encourage correct muscle usage and increase flexibility and ease of movement.
No previous experience is required.
You will need to wear loose and comfortable clothing and bring your own mat and an exercise band. This course is not suited to anyone who may be pregnant. |
