If you’re stressed or just having a bad day, why not join us in a relaxing Tai Chi exercise and create and enjoy an oasis of calm before getting back to the real world? Just 10 minutes of Tai Chi a day is your passport to better health, fitness, peace of mind and so much more. Its gentle, flowing movements suit almost everybody. This introductory course includes Tai Chi basics, warm-up exercises and a set of 10 forms of Easy Tai Chi. 
 
Loose, comfortable clothes and flat, flexible shoes are required.
