Charity fashion show gets underway
STUDENTS at Sir John Deane’s College are staging their annual Charity Fashion Show this week.
The event, in aid of Oxfam, will give people the chance to see some of the latest summer garments from leading retailers, as well as original creations by the college’s own textiles students.
The students themselves will be modelling the clothes on a catwalk in the college’s Main Hall on Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday, March 5.
Performances take place from 7.30pm on both nights and tickets, costing £5, can be obtained from college reception, or by ringing 01606 46011.
