
Pilates for Improvers

For those who have already done Pilates or who exercice regularly.
Please note this is a strenuous exercise course not a relaxation course.
This intermediate level course is designed for those who have previously done Pilates at foundation/intermediate level or take regular exercise and have adequate strength, stability and stamina. Pilates is an exercise method designed without stress, strain, and no pain. It is a unique exercise system that gives you lasting results, a leaner sculptured body, increased abdominal and lower back strength and improves posture. You will need to bring your own mat and exercise band.
This course is not suited to anyone who may be pregnant.
