Get swim fit
NEW ‘Swim Fit’ sessions are making a splash at Sir John Deane’s Leisure Centre from Sunday, November 1.
The weekly sessions are being held at the Leisure Centre pool, Monarch Drive, Northwich, on Sundays, from 7pm to 8pm.
Lesley McLaughlin, Manager of SJD Leisure Centre, said: “The Swim Fit class is a Masters class for anyone wishing to improve swimming strokes and stamina – and it is suitable for people who are able to swim at least 100metres continuously.”
The class costs £4 per session on a pay as you go basis.
