Students shine at fundraising fashion show

Students at Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College hit the runway in style when they hosted an evening of glamour, raising more than £900 for charity.

Modelling the latest collections from Northwich fashion retailers, White Ribbon Boutique and Bratts Menswear, students dazzled during a glittering fashion show fundraiser on Thursday, March 2nd.

The event, which took place at the Sixth Form College, also showcased a stunning collection of garments designed and made by textile students Niamh Dobson, Ella Urwin, Finlay Price-Milne, Chloe Alexiuk and Alexandra Weatherby.

Jane Rapuano, events co-ordinator at Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College, said: “The night was one proud moment after another. The Charities Committee planned the event for over three months and have been a dedicated team so to see the results of their hard work come to fruition during a magically stylish night was fantastic.”
