Peer Education teams
This gives you the chance to train to work with Primary School children to help deliver information about bullying and harassment (the Sticks ‘n’ Stones team) or drugs and substance abuse (the STRIDE team).
We firmly believe that you should have the chance to stamp your mark on College life.
The College has a Student Executive Council, led by two senior students. The Council is elected annually by students and has the opportunity to represent your views at meetings with the Principal and College Governors – so you really do have the power to get your voice heard. You can stand to become your Tutor Group Representative when you first come to College. Later on, in the Lower Sixth, elections will take place for the new Student Executive Council Committee. Serving on the Student Executive Council is a great contribution to College life and it is a good addition to your CV or UCAS application. College AmbassadorsTeachers also nominate students to become College Ambassadors, a team of students who represent the College at events and visits. There are also ways for other students to get involved such as showing new students around the College, running the appointments system on Consultation Evenings and even hosting visitors to the College.
