Living Well - Mind-Body-Awareness - NEW
This course comprises two Saturday sessions and combines mind-body awareness approaches from the Alexander Technique and Mindfulness. There is an emphasis on mindful living to help us to stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible. You’ll be introduced to a range of techniques, including meditation, mindful movement and guided visualisations to help you to manage the stresses and strains of modern life. There will be some experiential activities, involving working in pairs if you are comfortable with this. However, everything is optional. There is no religious or spiritual content.
