Pilates for Beginners

Pilates is designed to strengthen the core muscles of the body through a series of controlled movements. It will help towards improving posture and body alignment, developing core abdominal strength, improving body tone and flexibility and relieving tension.

You will need to bring your own mat and an exercise band.
