Feeling negative emotions are a normal aspect of life, however that’s not to say we can’t experience good and positive emotions too. See life as it is, but focus on the good bits. Seeing the good doesn’t mean we don’t see the bad, but by inviting and allowing yourself to see the good bits will improve your overall wellbeing.
