Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
As educators the college embraces the vital role we have in guiding our students to be good citizens of the world, students who positively contribute to our society and are leaders of the future.
The College is an inclusive organisation where individuals are respected, valued and supported and everyone has an opportunity to fulfil their potential.
We are proud to say explicitly that we are an anti-racist College, which works as a community to embrace the diversity of both our students and our colleagues.
It is important that our students see representation in our staff body, as role models and professionals to aspire to. We encourage applications from individuals from BAME backgrounds as we know we are underrepresented in this area in particular.
We promote equality of opportunity and are accredited with the disability confident employer symbol which shows our commitment to the employment of disabled people.
