Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College is located in the heart of Cheshire and is less than a mile from the centre of Northwich town. Cities such as Chester, Manchester and Liverpool are all within easy travelling distance and we are easily accessible from the region's major motorways including the M6 and M56.
Sir John Deane's is a ten minute walk from the Northwich bus park. Numerous routes provide access to the local towns such as Warrington, Chester and Crewe.

From the M6 Junction 19 (8 miles)
Follow signs for Northwich A556
Remain on the dual carriageway and DO NOT follow signs for Northwich on A556
At roundabout 1 (Junction with A530) take 2nd exit (straight on)
At roundabout 2 take 3rd exit A533 (signposted Northwich - get into left hand lane)
Kingsmead traffic lights (bear left, entering the Kingsmead estate)
At roundabout 3 take 2nd exit (straight on)
At roundabout 4 take 1st exit (left) and Sir John Deane's will be on your right.
From the M56 Junction 10 (9 miles)
Follow signs Whitchurch A49
At traffic lights turn left onto the A533
Travelling straight through the village of Barnton descend a 10% incline. In 0.5 mile at traffic signals turn right and cross the swing bridge
Travel straight through Winnington and 2 sets of traffic lights past Northwich Victoria Infirmary (on right)
At the bottom of the hill continue over the town bridge and through the traffic lights.
Continue on using the right hand lane and turn right at the next set of traffic lights and left at the following set.
At a set of traffic lights (after the Weaver Museum on right), bear right (straight on) into the Kingsmead estate.
College grounds are on your right. At the next roundabout take 3rd exit (right) and Sir John Deane's will be on your right.
Northwich railway station, on the Manchester to Chester line, is 2 miles from the College.
Hartford station, which provides access to the National rail network via Crewe, is 3 miles from College.
